Work towards automating the UKG system to accommodate future growth and acquisitions. Ensure payroll data integrity and compliance with tax regulations while reviewing audit reports. Develop controls and reporting structures to improve payroll processing. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Accounting & Finance teams to integrate systems and streamline workflows. Oversee system configurations for year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation. Provide backup support for payroll processing during peak times. Support the integration of new acquisitions into the payroll system. Manage open enrollments, benefits changes, and assist with General Ledger rules configuration.
