With vibrant studios in both London and New York, this multidisciplinary collective creates boundary-pushing work for world-leading brands and institutions — blending strategy, storytelling and visual impact to craft unforgettable spaces and experiences.

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead and elevate the New York studio.

This is a rare opportunity to drive creative vision on a global stage. You’ll be at the forefront of the agency’s U.S. output — shaping project narratives, building a thriving creative culture, and delivering stand-out work across immersive environments, brand experiences, and spatial storytelling.

The Role:

As Creative Director (NY), you’ll:

• Lead the creative direction for all U.S.-based projects, ensuring best-in-class delivery
• Guide, grow and mentor a talented multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with the Global Creative and Executive teams to steer creative vision
• Pitch and present bold concepts to new and existing clients
• Champion storytelling across 2D and 3D applications — from concept to execution
• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity and creative excellence
• Balance hands-on creative work with strategic oversight and team leadership

You’ll bring:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a senior creative leadership role
• A portfolio showcasing high-impact, culturally resonant work — particularly across environmental design, spatial branding, or immersive experiences
• Exceptional storytelling skills and a refined design sensibility
• A proactive, collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong client-facing presence and pitch experience
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and design presentation standards
• Willingness to travel, including regular time in the London studio
• NYC-based with 3+ days a week in-studio (DUMBO)
