Job Responsibilities
- Play a central role in shaping visual storytelling across paid media, brand campaigns, and digital marketing efforts for Opry Entertainment Group (OEG). Concept, shoot, produce, and edit video content supporting advertising, promotional campaigns, social media, email, and website initiatives for brands like the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, Ole Red, ACL Live, Category 10, and others under OEG.
- Create authentic, organic-style video content focusing on user-generated content (UGC) aesthetics that resonate across social and paid platforms. Develop content ideas, capture footage, and craft engaging, on-brand videos.
- Collaborate with marketers, designers, and content creators to ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives. Support production design with layout, typography, and motion design, including static and animated assets. Report to the Creative Director - Marketing & Brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creation and delivery of high-impact video content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Identify creative opportunities and optimize content for platform-specific requirements to enhance performance and engagement.
- Develop video concepts and campaigns that build brand equity, using audience insights for storytelling.
- Produce, shoot, and edit compelling, authentic video content with an emphasis on UGC-style visuals.
- Stay current with editing trends, storytelling techniques, and emerging platforms to innovate and elevate brand expression.
- Work with internal teams to solve creative challenges and deliver content tailored for various formats and platforms.
- Manage content calendar and deliver weekly video assets, including supporting visuals and collateral.
- Create static and animated marketing assets as needed.
- Manage freelance and agency support, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Maintain shared brand resources and ensure easy access for teams and partners.
- Embrace feedback and foster collaboration to refine creative output.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Degree in graphic design or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or digital media production, preferably in marketing, agency, or brand environments.
- Proven experience creating results-driven video content for paid media, social platforms, and digital campaigns.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and constructive feedback incorporation.
- Collaborate effectively with copywriters, designers, and marketers.
- Proactive, independent work ethic with team collaboration skills.
- Ability to blend copy, photography, and illustration into cohesive visuals.
- High attention to detail and organized asset management.
- Experience managing production logistics and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, Workfront, WordPress, HTML, Final Cut Pro, and motion design tools.
