Job Summary: The Studio Manager is responsible for operating and overseeing all front-of-house fitness studio operations, as well as leading and developing the sales team. The Studio Manager aims to meet and exceed sales indicators including membership sales, renewals, retail, and concessions. They will mentor and coach sales staff, regulate workout traffic, and maintain high customer service standards. The Studio Manager collaborates with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager on staff training, studio events, and policy adherence, fostering a high-energy, consistent brand culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of new staff.
• Train, develop, and coach sales team members in collaboration with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager.
• Manage daily sales staff workflow.
• Drive sales contests and incentive programs to motivate staff and achieve goals.
• Ensure all front desk procedures are followed, including member check-in, inquiries, guest registration, cash handling, and account management.
• Provide excellent customer service across all interactions.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and sanitation standards, including equipment and facility upkeep.
• Coordinate social media initiatives and studio events with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager.
• Create a high-energy, motivating culture through contests and incentives.
• Lead by example to uphold all studio activities and brand standards.
• Perform other duties as needed to support studio operations and goals.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role
• Previous experience in sales leadership and customer service
• Experience in quota-driven environments preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
