About The Role
- The Director of Creative Operations will lead project and production operations for the in-house creative team and external vendors.
- This role involves owning the systems and processes that facilitate creative project execution and cross-departmental collaboration.
- The position requires managing freelance and agency resources, including budget, invoicing, and contracts.
- The Director will serve as the primary liaison between the Creative Team and internal/external teams, establishing expectations and providing status updates.
- The role includes planning photoshoots and content creation, managing timelines, budgets, and retouching processes.
- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably within a startup or creative agency environment.
- A strong background in managing budgets between $1-2 million, including invoicing and contracts, is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively across various teams.
- A passion for creativity and a desire to optimize processes to enhance the creative output of the team is crucial.
- Experience in content shoots and on-set management will be beneficial for this position.
