ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Coordinator will maintain a safe and productive environment through regular inspections of Housekeeping ,PPE and Equipment. This position will take direction from Supervision and Management to efficiently staff each work area according to the workload assigned by planning and achieve KPI standards Of 100% efficiency while maintaining a flexible work force. The Coordinator must possess the ability to handle personnel and delegate duties professionally and fairly.
This position will work closely with employees, other leads and supervisors to identify opportunities for Process Improvement. This position must effectively communicate improvement ideas to supervision & management for possible implementation.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Education
· High School Diploma or secondary GED desired.
Experience
· 5 years warehousing and order management
Additional Experience
· 2 years Order Fulfillment or Customization Leadership trained experience
· Experience with JDE replenishment and order management a plus
