Position Purpose:The Digital Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for the development, execution, tracking and optimization of digital marketing campaigns via search engine optimization, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and support lead generation.
Compensation:
- $29 per hour
- Discretionary quarterly bonuses

- 401k with matching up to 6% (100% on the first 3%, 50% on the next 3%)
Functions or Duties:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to improve website traffic and increase organic search rankings.
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage qualified prospects.
- Contribute to content ideation and creation, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts that resonate with the food service industry.
- Develop and maintain a social media presence, engaging with followers, commentors, and reviews as part of social media campaigns.
- Build and optimize landing pages and digital funnels to maximize conversion rates and improve the user experience.
- Collaborate cross functionally with various departments to enhance brand awareness and online reputation.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs.
- Analyze website traffic and content performance to make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Support the development of joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Participate in cross-functional team projects as needed to support the broader marketing and business development goals.
- Conduct market research to inform campaign strategies.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and strategies through research, self-education and networking.

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills
- Familiarity with email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- General knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed Insights
- Proficiency with a CMS (WordPress, Experience Builder, etc)
- Ability to manage and optimize business listings such as Google Business Profile
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2+ years of SEO experience conducting keyword research, developing on-page optimization and technical SEO, creating high-quality content, analyzing and assessing effectiveness.
- Google Analytics certification (preferred)
- SEO certification (Preferred)

- Stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Look at a computer screen and use hands and fingers for keyboard and mouse with fine dexterity and repetitive motion.
- Lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Speak clearly and actively listen
- Utilize close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Perform complex tasks with very close attention to accuracy and quality.
- Must be able to pass a non-THC drug test and background check.
