We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Change and Communication Manager (Spanish & English) to drive organizational change and communication strategies across Marmon Foodservice Technologies at our Reynosa, Mexico manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Human Resources, Americas, this role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing change management initiatives, ensuring seamless communication in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement.
This role is primarily expected to be on-site in Reynosa, Mexico. Qualified candidates may reside in Texas or Mexico, but if the successful candidate resides in Texas, they will be required to cross the border to Reynosa on a daily basis.
What You’ll Do
Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives, processes, and technologies.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and readiness for change.
- Partner with business leaders to drive change adoption and minimize resistance.
- Coordinate with the L&D Manager to design and execute training programs to facilitate change transition.
- Measure and report change adoption metrics and effectiveness.
Communication Strategy:
- Create and execute internal communication plans to support change initiatives.
- Develop engaging content, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and FAQs, in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Facilitate town halls, webinars, and meetings to engage employees and address concerns.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between leadership, employees, and other key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to align on communication needs.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in driving change efforts within their teams.

Skills/ Experience We’re Looking For
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience authoring communications to diverse audiences, with ability to tailor communications to the audience’s needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, a related field, or combined equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in change management and corporate communications.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with digital communication tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
