The Marketing Manager will work closely with our COO and President to help build awareness of the Company's innovative and award-winning products. We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who will love the challenge of growing sales, market share, and brand awareness of our products in the rapidly evolving e-cigarette space. The primary role of the Marketing Manager will be to lead and oversee marketing campaigns and projects in support of the Company's strategic goals and objectives, especially including initiatives around a highly disruptive, industry changing nicotine substitute product (SPREE BAR) that Charlie's plans to launch next month. The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines and changing business needs. S/he must be detail-oriented and will have excellent written communication skills, a metrics-driven marketing mind (with an eye for creativity), and proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop marketing plans for (and oversee marketing projects with) the Company's Distributor, Wholesale, and Retail accounts. Increase sales and consumer brand awareness of our products.Track, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Develop and grow SPREE BAR social media initiatives (website, Instagram, B2B digital marketing, etc.) and brand building programs aimed at consumers.Contract celebrity endorsers and influencers for the SPREE BAR product line.Develop and launch a SPREE BAR Brand Ambassador Team to conduct "blitz marketing initiatives" in the top 20 markets across the United States.Actively manage the marketing budget; provide ROI/KPI analyses for all department initiatives.Work with the B2B sales team to develop and refine (i) promotions, and (ii) marketing materials that will increase sales and profits. Manage production of sales support materials, print and digital.Develop unique, impactful POS marketing materials.Work with the R&D team, Creative team, outside legal counsel, and senior management to ensure that packaging, warnings, and all consumer-oriented marketing materials are consistent with both regulatory requirements and Company standards.Gather product feedback through surveys, focus groups, and telephone solicitations.Develop targeted traditional and digital marketing campaigns.Analyze customer surveys, consumer trends, market analyses, and marketing best practices to build successful marketing/sales strategies.Schedule and coordinate the Company's tradeshow activities.Monitor costs and budgets with a bottom-line, revenue-driving mentality.Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing collateral, digital advertising, and social media.
