Overview
Qualifications BS in Business, Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and expediting experience required. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in procurement administration, expediting, scheduling and accounting, with extensive knowledge in a manufacturing and production environment for an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company is required. Procurement or Supply Chain environment with an energy related sector background is desired. Experience with ERP business system preferred. Computer skills include an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as exposure to Penta, Dynamics, SAP and Sequel Server. Strong internal and external communication and negotiation skills are necessary, as well as superior attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to provide innovative solutions for to help resolve issues. Occasional overtime and willingness to travel 20% - 30% of the time as needed/required.
