Responsibilities: • Create and roll out data-driven marketing strategies across different channels (social media, email marketing, PPC, content creation, traditional marketing, etc.) to help clients grow and hit their goals. • Offer expert insights on the best marketing platforms and channels, making sure resources are used wisely for the best ROI. • Dive into campaign performance with analytics tools, turning data into actionable insights and reports to fine-tune strategies and improve outcomes. • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and making sure they’re happy, stay on board, and see success long-term. • Manage projects from start to finish, keeping everything on track to meet deadlines, maintain high quality, and deliver campaigns smoothly. Qualifications: • Experience : 4-6 years of marketing experience, focusing on digital marketing and campaign management. • Specialized Skills : Solid expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email marketing, PPC, content creation, traditional marketing, etc.) • Analytical Savvy : Proven track record of analyzing data and performance metrics. Then turn those insights into actionable recommendations. • Strong Management : Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. • Self-starter : Unparalleled ability to make things happen. Use critical thinking and a proactive mindset to initiate and follow through on client and internal priorities. • Tech Whiz : Comfortable using analytics tools (like Google Analytics and SEMrush) and marketing platforms (such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Mailchimp). • Creative : Familiar with design tools (like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Final Cut Pro) and have a basic understanding of design principles for content direction. You have the ability to creatively solve problems and critically think through initiatives. • Team Player : Great communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing client expectations and relationships. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly

$70,000-$80,000 per year
