Job Description
SENIOR DESIGN-BUILD DESIGN MANAGER
Parsons is an industry leader in delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure projects. Recent landmark projects include NY-JFK Airport Improvements, GA-SR400 Improvements, NJ-EWR Airport Automated People Mover, and the NY-Goethals Bridge.
We are looking for a Senior Design-Build Design Manager to join our team. With over 30 design-build projects underway in the US and more than 50 pursuits, you will have opportunities to deliver signature projects across North America, especially in the Northeast and Southeast regions. You will provide direction and management for large-scale road and highway projects, drive marketing and pursuit strategies, scope development, and manage project scope and performance. Remote work options are available, with travel to sites required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage projects or programs valued over $1 billion.
- Deliver transportation improvements.
- Collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 20+ years of related experience.
- Registered Professional Engineer.
- Design/Build experience as a Design Manager.
- Roadway or Bridge design experience.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams on high-profile projects.

- Effective leadership presence and professionalism.

This role is part of our Critical Infrastructure team, dedicated to designing and delivering vital infrastructure that connects and protects communities worldwide. We work collaboratively with partners and clients to improve communities and quality of life through innovative infrastructure solutions.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $167,400 - $314,500
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, ESOP, 401(k), life insurance, flexible schedules, and holidays.
