This is a temporary, full-time position that will run from August 5, 2024 through October 31, 2024.Role location:
This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. The Campaign & Creative Services team is in-office at least 2 days per week.ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONSAs an Associate Designer on the CCS team, you will:Assist the Art Directors and Senior Designers by making internal and client edits, performing color correction, and finalizing and packaging InDesign files.Regularly meet tight deadlines on several projects at once for a diverse range of candidates running for office.Find solutions to feedback that maintain strong layouts, branding and design hierarchy.Organize and maintain project files.Essential skills:1+ years experience with design (including print) in an agency setting (or comparable environment).Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Knowledge of creating print-ready files and packaging Indesign files.Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, highly productive and collaborative approach to work with strong time management skills.Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment and work both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work long hours and weekends during peak periods.Can adapt under pressure and quickly pivot priorities to meet last-minute deadlines.Preferred skills:Editorial design experience.Political campaign design experience.Note:
