Game Publishing Manager at Tencent Singapore (TiMi Bellevue) Location
Work Location: US-Washington-Bellevue Responsibilities
Translate global publishing strategy into actionable regional objectives and key results, and develop integrated product and marketing roadmaps. Partner closely with game studios and Tencent's regional marketing teams to ensure alignment between publishing strategies, game objectives, and campaign execution. Use data-driven insights to identify problems and provide effective solutions on monetization, user engagement, and acquisition. Monitor and analyze player feedback to generate actionable reports for development and marketing teams, optimizing content and live services. Qualifications
3+ years of relevant industry experience, with a strong interest in and deep understanding of live service video games. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams from diverse backgrounds, with a deep understanding of the development and publishing process. Hands-on experience with the full publishing lifecycle of at least one PC or console game; a successful track record is strongly preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional key market language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, or Chinese) is highly desirable.
