AttainX Inc. is in search of a highly qualified Communications Manager to support our federal government client. The Communication Manager will support the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives in support of the USCIS DSSS 3 contract. This role focuses on developing clear, concise, and informative messaging for both internal and external stakeholders. The Communication Manager will play a key role in supporting USCIS Data Management, Data Culture, Process Streamlining, and Front Office Support initiatives. This role requires a B.A. or B.S. degree and at least 3 years of experience in professional communications, public relations, or technical writing.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or content development within a professional setting.
* Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling technical and strategic communication materials.
* Experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and internal communication efforts.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and graphic design tools (preferred).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Initiative-taker, highly motivated individual who adapts to a dynamic work environment.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a USCIS Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Preferably have USCIS background and client experience.
* Knowledge of federal data policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, OMB M-19-18, Federal Data Strategy).
Duties:
* Experienced with development and execution of communication plans aligned with USCIS data strategy and operational objectives.
* Create high-quality written materials, including executive briefings, reports, fact sheets, and stakeholder updates.
* Manage and update SharePoint content, ensuring that internal documentation is well-organized and accessible.
* Support meeting facilitation, including agenda development, notetaking, and follow-up actions for key USCIS stakeholder engagements.
* Develop presentation materials and visual communication products to support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
* Conduct research to identify emerging communication trends, recommending new tools and techniques to improve engagement.
* Assist in managing communication workflows, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge repository, including reference materials, SOPs, and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with USCIS and DHS communication guidelines, branding policies, and security requirements.
