Virtual Teacher For The Visually Impaired In Grand Forks, North Dakota Virtual TVI: As a virtual TVI, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of visually impaired students throughout California. Responsibilities : Provide virtual instruction and support to students who are visually impaired in a school setting Develop and implement individualized educational plans and accommodations to meet students' needs Adapt curriculum materials and teaching methods to support students' learning goals Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' success Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to monitor students' progress Provide training and support to students, teachers, and caregivers on strategies for supporting students with visual impairments Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or Special Education with a focus on visual impairments Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired Experience working with students who are visually impaired in a school setting Knowledge of assistive technology and resources for students with visual impairments Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable internet connection and technology for virtual instruction Benefits: Competitive compensation, based on candidate experience and school budgets. 1099 contract.
