- Work on building and testing customer-facing dynamic HTML email communications.
- Develop a comprehensive email program, entailing all aspects of email best practices, including targeted/segmented content, personalized content, and automated trigger emails.
- Establish strong organizational, execution, and analytical skills, and extensive knowledge of email marketing including deliverability, email design and development, email KPIs, and CAN-SPAM among other operational best practices.
