Technical Recruiter (Proteam Solutions Inc)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Personalization & Promotions Analyst to join our Digital Commerce Operations team. This individual contributor role is responsible for executing pricing, promotions, and content personalization for our e-commerce and loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up pricing, promotions, and coupon codes for online and direct mail campaigns.
- Validate promotional offers, disclaimers, and customer experience across digital platforms.
- Support loyalty program campaigns, rewards, and event setups.
- Collaborate with the legal team to maintain a disclaimer library and draft new disclaimers.
- Conduct quality assurance testing, including website, app, and email promotions.
- Assist with customer segmentation strategies and promotional ranking logic.
- Support A/B testing and ensure accurate promotion execution across all channels.
- Work with the copy team to maintain a promotion library and code bank.
- Communicate updates to customer service teams regarding new promotions and functionalities.
- Periodically update shipping methods, BOPIS, and subscription programs.
- Maintain process documentation, training materials, and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 operational integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital business operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Workfront Proof, or Moveable Ink is a plus.
