Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Management:
- Develop and manage a strategic social media calendar for organic, branded, and paid content.
- Engage with audiences across platforms, leveraging real-time trends to foster community interaction.
- Curate and maintain the voice and presence of social media channels in line with brand values and event themes.
- Create and oversee real-time content to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
2. Paid Digital Advertising & Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
- Drive revenue through targeted ad campaigns focused on brand awareness, ticket sales, and merchandise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Influencer & Partner Collaborations:
- Identify, manage, and cultivate influencer partnerships in collaboration with the PR team.
- Maintain relationships with venues, sponsors, and cross-promotional partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing content aligned with partner goals and sponsorship agreements.
4. CRM & Survey Management:
- Build and enhance CRM systems to track guest insights, loyalty programs, and purchase history.
- Manage guest and partner surveys, using feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
- Ensure customer data is regularly updated and integrated with Google Analytics for seamless reporting.
5. Marketing Activations & Brand Development:
- Lead the development and execution of on-site marketing activations and street team programs.
- Oversee branding initiatives, ensuring brand consistency through the creation of Style Guides.
- Coordinate promotional activities, cross-marketing, and brand-building campaigns with internal teams.
6. Event Coordination & Onsite Content Generation:
- Develop and execute onsite marketing strategies during events, coordinating real-time social media content.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to capture key event moments.
- Lead live streaming efforts, manage social postings, and drive customer engagement during events.
7. Copywriting & Proofing:
- Write and proofread marketing materials, ensuring all content is well-written and brand-aligned.
- Develop compelling copy for ads, emails, event signage, and digital assets.
8. Sponsorships & Promotions:
- Manage sponsorship deliverables, agreements, insurance, and payments.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive engagement and ticket sales.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring timely fulfillment of agreements.
9. Promotions Development & Management:
- Create and implement promotional strategies for events, ticket sales, and venue awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop seasonal and event-specific promotions.
- Analyze the success of promotions and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and revenue.
10. Event Signage & Onsite Management:
- Oversee the design, production, and placement of event signage in collaboration with the operations team.
- Ensure event signage enhances brand visibility and contributes to a positive guest experience.
11. Customer Support & Post-Event Reporting:
- Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Develop and present detailed post-event reports, evaluating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
12. Cross-Department Collaboration & Leadership:
- Facilitate cross-departmental planning meetings, encouraging collaboration and creative ideation.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack) to manage tasks and deliver updates across teams.
- Lead email and ad campaign processes from planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
13. Industry Engagement:
- Stay current with industry trends through events, webinars, and professional development courses.
- Apply innovative ideas and best practices to enhance marketing strategies and execution.
Requirements
Required Skills and Software Proficiency:
- Marketing and Analytics Tools: Mailchimp or Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
- Project Management Tools: Microsoft/Outlook, Momentus, Asana
- Website and Design Proficiency: Wix/Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Advertising and Cross-Promotion Expertise: Organic and paid marketing strategies, revenue-driving ticket sales initiatives, billboard and out-of-home advertising experience
- Graphic Design Skills:Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop to design large format signage and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing, with a successful track record in campaign management, brand development, and customer engagement related to promoting and selling event tickets.
- Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with marketing analytics.
- Strong leadership, project management, and collaborative skills.
