About the opportunity
To be responsible for supporting the Global Value Advisory team as they engage with AEs to drive more revenue. The Senior Analyst will support both the Center of Excellence and the customer-facing teams in the Value Advisory function by helping with the creation of thought-leadership and business case content, conducting research, and managing projects. The role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, business acumen, and written communication skills.
What you’ll get to do
- Provide program management assistance and leadership within the team
- Assist with the creation of executive positioning and thought leadership materials
- Create strong relationships and work collaboratively with the frontline Advisory team
- Support various projects and collateral build and maintenance in the Value Advisory Center of Excellence
- Provide creative support by designing PowerPoint presentations, working with Value Advisors to identify the best ways to present slideware for customer engagements
- Provide guidance for projects, including defining them, delegating work, fielding questions, and refining content
- Assist in the management of ongoing programs such as account planning, business transformation studies, value realization, and thought leadership
- Conduct research on target prospects and customers
Skills and experience we value
- Undergraduate university/college degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with project scoping, planning, and management
- Experience with business case development/financial modeling
- Experience with data analysis
- HCM/Payroll industry knowledge preferred
- Extraordinary attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Problem-solving skills and very strong analytical capabilities
- Strong business acumen: ability to analyze analyst reports and company financial statements to draw conclusions
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
