We are looking for a Graphic & Product Designer to bring our innovative consumer products to life through compelling visual and structural design. In this role, you will develop packaging, product instructions, technical illustrations, and marketing materials that enhance both functionality and user experience. Beyond traditional graphic design, you will incorporate structural packaging elements, technical drawings, and product usability considerations to ensure our products not only look great but also communicate effectively with consumers.

As a key member of our design team, you’ll collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to create high-impact designs that support our mission of delivering trusted, user-friendly consumer products.
Responsibilities:
- Product Visualization & Development: Create technical illustrations, line drawings, and user-friendly product instructions that enhance consumer understanding.
- Packaging & Structural Design: Develop and modify dielines for product packaging, ensuring functionality, durability, and brand consistency.
- Graphic & Marketing Design: Design compelling visuals for product branding, including packaging, sales materials, website assets, trade show displays, and presentations.
- Collaborate on Product Launches: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to align packaging, instructions, and product visuals with design standards and user needs.
- Optimize User Experience: Develop clear, well-structured user manuals and instructional graphics that simplify complex product features.
- Ensure Production-Ready Files: Prepare print and digital assets with high technical accuracy, adhering to production requirements.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research packaging innovations, consumer behavior, and emerging design tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Work efficiently to balance multiple design needs while maintaining consistency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in consumer products or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with packaging design, line drawings, and technical illustrations.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
