This position will report to the Senior Director of Brand and Content Marketing Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to: Help lead and develop creative global marketing plans, that deliver against product objectives and create synergy across a multitude of owned and paid channels Collaborate with internal and external partners to create high quality trailers, core assets and promotional content that will support our marketing strategy. Partner with our paid media agency and product marketing team to ensure media objectives support business goals Support partner-led campaigns and activations utilizing our IP and ensure a high quality bar is consistent throughout applications. Lead creative strategy and development with external agency partners and help drive internal approvals Lead creative feedback loops with internal stakeholders, agencies and the ESRB to ensure our creative plans are ready and delivered in a timely manner. Partner with internal creatives services and social producers to manage the overall pipeline Help drive creative iteration and optimization Lead creative briefings and attend subsequent creative reviews to provide feedback and direction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree 7+ years combined experience in gaming, brand marketing, or creative agency Ability to work across multiple teams Proven team leader with people/agency management experience Passion for gaming or entertainment brands Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Results oriented, self-motivated Organized and detail oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Job Type:
Regular, Full-Time Salary Range:
$130,000-$150,000 Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role Skybound offers a wide array of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, as well as free counseling through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
