Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute customer acquisition campaigns. This role will focus on developing and managing marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and convert potential customers into long-term clients. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and interested in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in planning, designing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract potential customers. Lead Generation: Support strategies to drive new business opportunities using various prospecting and data enrichment tools. Marketing Automation & Outreach: Help manage email sequences, drip campaigns, and automated prospect engagement to nurture leads. Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing materials, including email sequences, landing pages, case studies, and social media content. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services. Strong interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign automation. Ability to manage prospecting tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
