Responsibilities/Duties:
Grow the Paid Media channel to support the client's goals. Create and manage of Paid Ad campaigns on Social Media Platforms. Creative asset sourcing (working alongside the in-house design team and other partner teams). Extract and analyze campaign data from Ads Managers and internal dashboards, and improve performance through budget optimizations. Report on progress against goals and relevant Paid metrics to management, periodically. Ensure consistent and accurate tracking of paid campaigns through internal dashboards. Typical Day:
20%-Internal trackers; broadcast and what streams will be happening today, connect with graphics team, work on excel; preplanning 30% champagne set ups; using those creatives that stream and working different ad managers then publishing it, monitoring it 20% Day to day optimizations; dashboards; analyzing data, optimize budget on a weekly basis 20% working with internal stakeholders and plan for what is coming; streams that are coming, small scale marketing planning; budget, target groups 10% Paid trackers; summarize into a trackers Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Experience managing Paid Media campaigns (preferably on Social Media Ad Platforms like Meta). Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with basic functions, V-Lookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience of working with cross-functional stakeholders. Must-Have Skills:

Moderate experience of using Tableau or like BI tools Writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer. d creative understanding. Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting. Have relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail bility to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment Experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data
