Assist with GMV Max ad campaigns and media buying playbooks. Create visual assets using Canva and generative AI tools. Execute CRM campaigns within TikTok Shop Assist with administrative assignments as needed. Support creator campaigns or live shopping initiatives with product data and coordination. Creator Partnerships Match creators with TikTok Shop product opportunities. Outreach and engage creators for product campaigns. Bind creators for live strategy, affiliate coaching and other Genni campaigns Research trending products on TTS. Collaborate with the outreach and campaign management teams to identify and onboard new creators. Support in tracking team outreach needs and gain in-depth knowledge of existing creators, default tags, etc. Ensure the quality control of creator profiles, including vetting/approvals, tagging, and maintaining the accuracy of creators information. Cultivate relationships with onboarded creators to sustain positive working partnerships and develop effective strategies to enhance creator retention. Generate reports, on as needed biases, based on creator analytics and cost-effectiveness. Operations & Support
Provide client reporting and support on a daily basis. Help gather insights and reports on product performance, returns, and top sellers. Required Skills/Abilities: Proficient in verbal and written English communication. In-depth understanding of the social media landscape, trends, and emerging technologies. Effective problem analysis and decision-making in complex situations. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and related tools. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing business environments and priorities. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Based in Nashville, TN Professional Experience: 1-2 years of related experience preferred. Must have basic knowledge of creator marketing and/or entertainment marketing. Familiarity in the execution of paid media ads on social media platforms such as, TikTokand Meta. Familiarity with TikTok Shop preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Excellent written and bespoke communication skills. Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel. Presentation Skills: Proficient in designing and delivering captivating presentations customized for the music media industry. Strong verbal communication abilities to ensure effective delivery and audience engagement.
