Job Overview: UPPF seeks a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to spearhead revenue growth and brand engagement. This onsite role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales track record, complemented by marketing expertise to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Sales (60%) Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, and networking. Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies based on market feedback. Marketing (40%) Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events). Create compelling content (blogs, newsletters, social posts) aligned with brand voice. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize campaigns. Track KPIs (ROI, conversion rates) and adjust strategies for maximum impact. Partner with design and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Administrative & Collaborative Duties Maintain CRM systems with accurate client data and sales pipelines. Generate reports on sales performance and campaign metrics. Work cross-functionally to align sales/marketing efforts with company goals. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, with 1-3 years in marketing roles. Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot), digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite), and analytics tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Preferred: Experience in Automotive sectors.
