About the role

Our experienced Design Consultants are trained interior design and retail professionals, who are passionate about luxury home furnishings and collaborating with our clients to transform their living spaces.

Our Design Consultants are responsible for generating sales and providing an exceptional experience to all customers consistent with the Natuzzi Italia brand.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a luxury, personalized experience for every client.
• Educate clients on our range of Interior Design Services and how they can benefit from them.
• Meet financial targets, ensuring all sales goals are achieved.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for product knowledge and the design industry.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by fostering long-term relationships.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the Luxury and Interior Design industries.
• Collaborate with team members to create an engaging showroom environment.
• Maintain high visual standards in the showroom to ensure products are always presented at their best.
• Represent Natuzzi at local events, engaging with industry professionals and potential clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Luxury Retail/Sales, Interior Design experience, or high-end furniture sales is highly preferred.
• Results-driven with a strong track record in sales.
• Strong ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and technology skills.
• Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; (bilingual or multilingual is a plus).
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
