- Experience with Adobe Robohelp online-documentation and chat-bot tools
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, graphic design tools
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and content written skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with Web Servers (Tomcat, Apache, etc.)
- Experience with cloud (Azure DevOps) and SSO integration with application web-portals
- Shows good aptitude in understanding business operations workflow analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
