As a leading TikTok Shop Partner and social commerce agency, we support a diverse range of brand clients, from global giants to trending small businesses. Through these initiatives, we have become deeply involved in creator growth and monetization, and reacting to numerous creator requests, we are establishing a separate creator agency -- Favored Creators -- to expand this work with a focus on the growing area of creator affiliate commerce.

Deeply involved and interested in the creator community Ability to attract creators through inspiring confidence and trust Talented at mentoring and guiding creators Natural leadership qualities and management skills Excellent communicator, negotiator and problem-solver A keen eye for spotting talent with potential A keen sense of video content that converts An entrepreneurial mindset Immersed in creator economy industry trends Immersed in TikTok and social media features, trends, practices and audience behavior Ability to understand, absorb and communicate brand requirements and data What You Will Be Doing:
Building Favored Creators alongside Favored’s Founders and COO Identifying and recruiting a growing creator roster, ranging from Tier 1 to “rising stars” with potential Overseeing Favored Creators support services, and ensuring they are best-in-class Along with your team, guiding and mentoring creators to win brand opportunities, meet brand requirements, make great videos and maximize their commissions, fees and sponsorship opportunities Making compelling presentations to brands about Favored Creators talent Represent Favored at industry events The Specifics:
