Description
As a vital member of the admissions team, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective students and drive enrollment growth. This role collaborates closely with admissions staff to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials that effectively promote the institution to potential applicantsExamples of Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support enrollment goals, including targeted outreach campaigns, digital advertising, social media initiatives, and print materials
Collaborate with admissions team to identify key messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with target student populations
Collaborate with the Provost's office to understand and market elite academic programs of the college
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising platforms
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for student recruitment
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials
Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and metrics to optimize performance and drive results
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in enrollment marketing to continually enhance strategies and tactics
Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on recruitment and enrollment marketing
Comfortable with and ability to speak publicly and verbally communicate on behalf of the college
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for events and recruitment activities
