Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Our client, a Famous Fashion Brand, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Loyalty Programs to join the team in New York City. This role will focus on building out their loyalty credit card program.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer retention and acquisition through the execution of strategies and promotional offers for the company Card Program.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across E-commerce, Retail, Brand Creative, Finance, and IT to develop and manage the marketing calendar for the credit card program across all channels.
- Execute day-to-day activities related to the credit card program, including offer management, quality assurance, collateral creation, and overseeing marketing executions.
- Act as the primary point of contact to resolve any issues related to the credit card program, collaborating with IT, stakeholders, and customer-facing teams (store and call center associates).
- Ensure legal compliance for all credit card campaigns, offers, and promotions in partnership with the Bank.
- Contribute to the development of future strategies based on performance data and market trends.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and implement program enhancements to improve the credit card customer experience.
- Analyze program performance, interpret key metrics, and recommend adjustments to optimize the credit card program’s success.
- Conduct competitive research to stay informed on credit card marketing trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience in credit card or loyalty marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills required, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google App Suite.
- Strong ROI-focus, business and financial acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with aptitude to think strategically but act tactfully and execute with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational/Project Management skills required.
- Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with solid time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
