Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Home Care Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or social work to lead client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building relationships, navigating healthcare networks, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. You’ll collaborate with our Scheduler and Office Manager, reporting to leadership to achieve targets for billable hours, new clients, and revenue ($200,000–$500,000 annually).
Key Responsibilities
Develop Referral Networks: Build and nurture relationships with medical (hospitals, senior centers) and non-medical referral sources through 5–7 weekly outreach visits, leveraging your networking and advocacy skills.
Drive Revenue Growth: Use community events, digital campaigns, and strategic outreach to generate $200,000–$500,000 in annual client revenue.
Represent Our Brand: Act as the face of Executive Home Care at networking events, senior-focused gatherings, and speaking engagements, showcasing our commitment to quality care.
Strategize and Execute: Create and refine a networking plan, track progress in CRM tools, and report weekly to optimize outreach efforts.
Collaborate Internally: Work with our team to align strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Enhance Community Presence: Lead outreach and volunteer initiatives to build trust and visibility in North Dallas.
Who You Are
A resilient, people-oriented self-starter with 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or social work (home care or healthcare experience a plus).
Skilled at building long-term relationships with referral sources, undeterred by rejection, and motivated by challenges.

Proficient in CRM tools (or willingness to learn) and comfortable with data-driven outreach.

What We Offer
Competitive Compensation:
Base Salary: $45,000/year.
Performance-Based Earnings: Tiered commissions (up to $20,000, e.g., $16,500 on $400,000 sales) plus quarterly bonuses (up to $15,000/year for goals like 7 new clients or 20% lead growth).
OTE Range: $74,000 (on-target, $200,000 sales) to $80,000 (high performance, $400,000+ sales).

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Social Work, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
