1. Extensive experience conducting hands-on user research using interviews, surveys, usability testing, and qualitative analysis methods
2. Conduct direct user research (e.g., interviews, usability tests) and apply systematic methods to rapidly collect and categorize findings.
3. Strong ability to systematically collect, categorize, and organize qualitative data to generate clear findings.
4. Experience executing research plans aligned with product priorities, ensuring efficient collection and analysis of user insights.
5. Deep understanding of research methodologies and best practices for gathering actionable user feedback.
6. Ability to independently conduct research studies and produce well-structured reports
7. Excellent ability to present research findings in clear, concise formats to support product decisions.
8. Execute user research plans in collaboration with the product manager, ensuring alignment with product direction
