Associate Technical Director Coordinate with technical teams and business/account professionals to research industry, evaluate technical needs of clients and develop presentations and IT solution proposals; Drive initiatives regarding application systems for digital front door, enterprise call center, clinical practice automation and their delivery mapping to patient journey; Support generation and expansion of sales of IT services using technical, customer, and industry knowledge and advise on nature of proposed IT solutions and suggest how company can better meet clients’ needs; Identify and mitigate risks associated with healthcare application delivery, including data security, privacy and technology vulnerabilities in supporting, maintaining and enhancing existing applications using C#, Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, ASP.NET Web Forms, and AJAX; Collaborate with external vendors/partners for the development and integration of healthcare application or components and develop and execute a strategic roadmap for healthcare application and program delivery, aligning it with the organization’s goals and priorities.
