What You’ll Do
As the Design Innovation Director driving the PFUS mission critical projects and initiatives, you will lead strategic innovation, be the architect of breakthrough strategies that redefine market boundaries, educating and applying 4-lens and system thinking. You will be: A hands-on design leader, crafting learning plans, pioneering foresight as well as leveraging PepsiCo’s existing competencies, to drive immersive workshops, phases and stages. Applying advanced AI, 3D and creative technologies, educating and leading others with best-in-class creative execution. Engage cross-functional leaders to advance ONETeam at speed. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
