Identify critical requirements for infotainment system components to match customer demands.Correlate and propose modifications to and/or new Infotainment solutions within assigned area of responsibility. Write clear and concise reports, presentations and/or technical documents to present solutions.Conduct and oversee the creation of features and user interface specifications.Verify the correct implementation of specifications within assigned area of responsibility on test setups and vehicles.Mentor newer associates in best practices.Qualifications, Experience, and SkillsBachelors degree in Human Factors, Industrial Design, UX design; Engineering, Psychology, or Product Development2years experience in similar role with Bachelors1years experience in similar role with MastersExperience conducting user-centered research in educational and/or professional environmentProduct BenchmarkingExperience with GUI prototyping preferred (Figma, Axure, Kanzi, etc.)Excellent communication skills and ability to produce presentation documentsWorking ConditionsWorking Environment - Partial remote work, Partial onsite work, minimal travel (
