Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Assist customers in shopping and help them find what they’re looking for. Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.
Major Activities
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Utilize Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions, aiming to meet sales and production goals.
- Complete framing orders with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and replenishment tasks.
- Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure the store is well merchandised and stocked.
- Follow SOPs and company programs, support shrink and safety initiatives.
- Interact respectfully with others, remain positive, promote the organization’s values, and serve as a role model.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking, ensuring standards are met within budget.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions according to standards.
- Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
- Assist with omnichannel processes.

Minimum Experience Requirements
- Basic computer and measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutters.
Preferred Experience
- Retail experience.
- Experience selling products or services to customers.
Physical Requirements
- Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Mobility throughout the store.
- Standing for long periods.
- Lifting heavy items and using ladders or similar equipment.
Work Environment
- Public retail setting with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work and work in the frame shop.
- Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
