Since then, this third-generation, family-owned agency has grown into one of the leading insurance agencies in South Florida. The agency specializes in three main areas of practice including Personal Lines Insurance, Employee Benefits and Business Insurance. Personal Lines Insurance Producer Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join our personal lines new business sales team. This person will be responsible for the sales of new personal lines (Home & Auto) insurance policies by closing company-provided leads, building a referral network, and gaining the trust of partners withing the community. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Quote, bind, and issue new property (home/condo/dwelling fire/mobile home), personal automobile, flood, umbrella, motorcycle, and RV policies. Develop a network of referral sources (realtors, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, etc.). Field underwrite new risks using insurance company provided underwriting guidelines. Establish client relationships and respond to client questions and inquiries. Prepare insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close new business. Follow up on personal lines prospects. Document and maintain accurate records in agency management system (AMS360 and ImageRight). Comply with insurance standards and regulations. Meet production goals as determined by management. Maintain a strong and positive work ethic. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Possess a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License with the expectation of obtaining Florida 20-44 Property & Casualty Personal Lines Agent License or 2-20 General Lines License within the first 6 months of employment Minimum of 1 year of personal lines insurance sales or service experience required Experience with Vertafore AMS360 and ImageRight desired but not required; will consider other agency management systems Proficiency with MS Office Suite Excellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skills Hours:
