Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.'s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution. The Studio Operations Manager builds strategic production processes and infrastructure to produce all still and video content for the brand. Handling the administrative aspects of video and photo shoot production, budget tracking, and guiding and evolving the way we work as a team. You are responsible for studio upkeep, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, sample management, and delegation to meet all deadlines. You report into the Creative Operations Director within the Brand Marketing organization.About the JobImplement and use Creative Force to refine and improve full studio process and video and photoshoot workflowsEvaluate and evolve the processes to ensure projects are flowing through the studio.Oversee all aspects of work coming in and out of the in-house studio. From overseeing proper sample check-in by marketing coordinator to ensuring that everything on-set runs smoothly and that all requested shots are captured all the way through to ensuring all assets leaving the studio are named correctly and delivered to post-production on time.Work with the Creative Director and Art Director on all shoot needs.Partner with Creative Ops and Traffic on all calendars and due dates.Collaborate to implement evolving content strategyOrganize and produce all studio productionsOversee production calendars, annually 4 flatlay shoots, 8-12 PDP and editorial shoots.Organize and lead all pre-production meetingsWith the marketing coordinator, ensures during pre-pro that correct samples are gathered and prepped for the shoots.Manage tracking for all studio shoot budgets and ensuring all vendors are paid on timeManage and file all waivers, photography releases, and usage rightsHire for and negotiate all photoshoot needs for the following: Photographers and VideographersModelsGrooming (Hair and Make-up)CateringAbout You4-6 Years leading a high-volume in-house or agency photo or video studio, and knowledge of industry best practices in the retail/apparel industryOutstanding knowledge of creative production processes, workflow and the ability to provide time and cost estimates for production work.Calm leadership in dynamic environmentIdentify and push forward ways to improve studio processesThe expected starting salary range for this role is $78,800- $120,900 per yearWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
