About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented Associate Photo Producer to join our growing Photo Studio team. In this role, you will support photo studio production by coordinating day to day shoot logistics, working with various cross functional roles, teams and vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Support the planning and scheduling of photo and video shoots, helping to coordinate resources for successful production.
- Track and monitor shoots using internal systems and tools.
- Maintain inventory of production supplies and craft services.
- Collaborate on-set with talent and crew, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Manage day-to-day production escalations, troubleshooting any challenges or delays that may arise during production.
- Coordinate with external vendors, including catering, talent agencies, production companies, and suppliers, to ensure all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Assist the Production Team in managing production expenses, ensuring alignment with the project's budget and scope.
- Assist with sample and styling tasks as needed.
- Support the maintenance of studio facilities and assist with organizing special events as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in a photo/video studio environment.
- B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across various projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
- Highly solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing unexpected challenges and quickly adjusting to new demands.
- Able to work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds, fostering positive teamwork and open communication.
- Comfortable working under pressure, adapting to last-minute changes, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Takes initiative and proactively addresses tasks and challenges to contribute to efficient workflow.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus, with the ability to efficiently track progress, manage tasks, and collaborate across teams.
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a hybrid work environment from our Dublin California office.

The starting salary for this position is $68,200 - $80,000 and may increase to $95,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
