- 5+ month contract with likely extension/conversion
- Provide administrative and project support to the Senior Coordinator and Coordinator on campaigns supporting films and custom programs.
- Assist with media planning, banner ad placement, campaign rotation, and delivery of creative assets.
- Help manage contract workflows and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of digital content, including copy, images, and video.
- Support CRM and data initiatives to leverage first-party audience insights.
- Coordinate day-to-day community management across brand and title-specific social channels.
- Track competitive trends and assist in market research analysis for internal reporting.
- Support scheduling needs for team members, including VPs.
- Greet visitors and assist with general office tasks as needed.
- 1+ year of relevant experience, including internships.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interest in working collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or entertainment-focused organization.
- Passion for entertainment, particularly film and television marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital media trends, social platforms, and online promotions.
- Familiarity with community management, digital campaign execution, and working with creative agencies.
This role supports our clients marketing team on various digital and film promotion projects. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Senior Coordinator and Coordinator to execute day-to-day operations, including scheduling, contracting, reporting, invoicing, and administrative support. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about entertainment and marketing.
