Position Summary: TheCreative Media ProduceratThe Chefs’ Warehouseis a versatile, hands-on visual storyteller responsible for developing, producing, and delivering top-tier photo and video content across platforms. This role combines creative vision with technical expertise—requiring advanced skills in photography, videography, lighting, editing, and motion graphics. You’ll operate as a solo producer, managing the entire lifecycle of content projects—from concept to final delivery—for marketing, brand, and sales initiatives.
Working closely with internal teams and culinary professionals, you’ll bring to life the story of The Chefs’ Warehouse and its family of brands through studio shoots, chef profiles, product features, social content, and more. A strong passion for food, restaurants, and the art of cooking is essential.
What you'll do:
Content Production & Visual Storytelling
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photography that elevate brand messaging.
- Produce a range of content: interviews, promotional videos, product photography, behind-the-scenes content, short-form social assets, and more.
- Style and light food, ingredients, chefs, and environments to a professional standard—both in-studio and on-location.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with campaign objectives.
Technical Execution & Post-Production
- Manually operate mirrorless and DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Edit content using Adobe Creative Suite—Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects—for polished, platform-ready delivery.
- Design and animate basic motion graphics and text overlays when needed.
- Manage media organization, file tagging, and archiving within DAM systems.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Partner with internal marketing and creative teams to execute against strategic briefs.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all content.
- Direct talent, chefs, and staff on-set, ensuring strong performance and professionalism.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in professional content creation (food, lifestyle, or CPG industry experience is a plus).
- Advanced photography and videography skills, including lighting and camera setup.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Familiarity with food styling, production logistics, and working independently on shoots.
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Comfortable traveling for on-location shoots and working flexible hours as needed.
- A strong portfolio and/or demo reel showcasing your best photo and video work is required.
