Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and brand standards. Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, such as social media posts, website banners, brochures, and advertisements. Assist in the production of multimedia content, including video editing and motion graphics, to support marketing campaigns and promotional efforts. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, offering ideas and feedback to enhance design outcomes. Support the design team in various administrative tasks and project coordination as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. Organize and maintain design files and assets to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility for team members. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Passionate about social media, influencers, and digital marketing. Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as 3D and AI design tools, is a plus. Strong design portfolio showcasing creative projects and technical skills across different mediums. Excellent visual skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
