- Maintain membership pricing integrity while ensuring all dues are collected
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Cultivate a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with BODYBAR’s mission
- Ensure clean, organized, and fully stocked studios that meet BODYBAR brand standards
- Manage retail inventory and coordinate with vendors
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and administrative operations
- Engage with members before and after class to build strong relationships
- Enforce all policies and procedures to maintain a smooth-running studio
- Instruct 2-5+ classes per week

- Early riser: You’re okay with early mornings and can bring energy to the studio at any time of day
- 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, service, or fitness management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Experience with community outreach, partnerships, and events
- Strong communication skills (in person, via phone, and email)
- Proficient with client management software (or quick to learn)
