Salary & Compensation:
- Base Salary : $60,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience).
- Commission Structure :
- 5% on the first $10K
- 10% up to $20K
- Additional commission tiers may apply.
This position is for a GVP of Sales (Fulltime/Perm Role) based in La Jolla, CA with a hybrid work arrangement after initial training. Here's a summary of the role and its requirements:

Qualifications:
- Experience : At least 3 years in digital advertising sales with a proven track record.
- Execution & Organizational Skills : Strong problem-solving, self-motivation, creativity, and multitasking.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills : Proficient with spreadsheets, web tools, email, etc.
- Analytical : Strong market and client analysis skills.
- Leadership : Ability to manage a small team (2-4 employees) and work cross-functionally with other departments.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in digital advertising sales (ad tech experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage relationships and close deals.
- Comfortable working in a leadership role with both internal teams and external clients.
- Interested in growing with the company, with potential for career advancement.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
