As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, enhancing digital engagement, and driving customer acquisition for a leading fitness brand.

Based in Riverside, California, with minimal travel required; mainly local visits to clubs.
Full time on-site with standard office hours (9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive the brand forward.
- Oversee the overhaul of the company website to enhance user experience and integrate advanced tracking and subscription management features.
- Leverage CRM data to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team in executing robust marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing avenues.
- At least 7 years of experience with a proven track record in marketing strategy execution.
- Expertise in managing SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of mentoring and inspiring a team.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software, such as HubSpot.
