Base pay range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr Connect Search has a 6 to 12 Month Remote Instructional Designing position for a manufacturer of electric motor train and components. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging eLearning content related to the company's product portfolio. Key responsibilities include defining learning objectives, creating instructional materials, designing multimedia content, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, impactful training resources. Fully Remote!! Key Responsibilities: Define and document learning objectives. Conduct research and work with subject matter experts. Develop instructional materials including courses, curricula, and guides. Design and redesign content for optimal learning. Create and enhance visual, audio, and interactive learning tools. Ensure content quality and accuracy. Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of instructional design principles. Experience in developing eLearning courses and using multimedia tools. Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft products, and familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Dreamweaver. Educational Requirements: Degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Instructional Design or Training role.
