In-Person Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns, optimize automation workflows, and analyze performance data to improve engagement and conversion rates. This role will focus on building and managing marketing automation processes, creating landing pages, developing email and ad campaigns, and tracking key performance metrics to support marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and creative, with hands-on experience in HubSpot, WordPress, and digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and marketing strategy to enhance customer acquisition and drive business growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns to generate and nurture leads. Design and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and automated workflows in HubSpot and WordPress to improve conversion rates. Set up and refine automated workflows, lead scoring, and CRM processes to streamline marketing and sales alignment. Build dashboards and generate reports to monitor key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and sales funnel efficiency across platforms. Analyze the sales pipeline, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate with sales to improve lead handoff and nurturing strategies, predict future revenue, and identify gaps in the sales funnel. Track marketing attribution and assess touchpoints that drive engagement and conversions. Conduct A/B testing and optimize email, landing pages, and ad creatives for higher engagement and ROI. Education and/or Experience
Two or more years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or related fields. Hands-on experience with email marketing, digital advertising, and lead nurturing campaigns. Some travel could occur throughout the year. Computer Skills
Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms) for workflow automation, CRM management, and campaign execution. Experience with WordPress for landing page development and content updates. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly. Experience with Power BI a plus.
