This role is responsible for overseeing digital growth, brand strategy, CRM, and campaign execution—leading both in-house talent and third-party partners as needed KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Optimize and scale in-house marketing operations Drive eCommerce sales, customer acquisition, and retention strategies Lead performance marketing, CRM initiatives, and brand storytelling Manage marketing calendar, new product launches, and campaign execution Align marketing efforts with business objectives and growth KPIs QUALIFICATIONS : At least 10+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role Proven track record in scaling eCommerce growth and managing cross-functional marketing teams Background in consumer goods, health, lifestyle, or adjacent industries preferred Strong ability to balance performance-driven tactics with brand-building strategies WHY JOIN US : This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a well-positioned DTC brand with innovative products, a loyal customer base, and ambitious growth plans.
