As a Senior Brand Manager at Beats by Dre, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative, integrated marketing strategies that reinforce Beats' position as a global leader and cultural icon in the audio industry. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will drive high-impact marketing initiatives that connect with audiences in culture, sports, and music, ensuring brand consistency and resonance across all consumer touch-points. This role requires a strategic thinker and executional leader who can seamlessly collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance brand equity, deepen consumer engagement, and drive business growth globally.

Description: Partner with senior leadership to shape marketing plans and campaigns, working cross-functionally with media, social, PR, channel, .com, and creative teams. Drive global marketing alignment, collaborating with regional teams in EMEA and APAC to ensure effective localization while maintaining brand consistency. Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance. Develop strategic campaign briefs and post-campaign analyses, providing clear insights, performance recaps, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Own brand reporting—delivering key updates, internal PR, and executive presentations on brand and campaign performance. Analyze and present business and consumer metrics, providing leadership with actionable insights and recommendations. Champion innovation and creativity, identifying new opportunities to push boundaries and execute breakthrough campaigns. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a track record of success at category-leading brands. Deep expertise in integrated marketing, including digital, social, experiential, and retail activation. Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across media, creative, and commercial teams. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—combined with the ability to influence and drive alignment at all levels. Proven leadership in executing world-class marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and business impact. Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively solve challenges. Experience in culture-driven marketing, particularly in sports and music, is highly preferred. A passion for culture, innovation, and storytelling, with an instinct for what moves audiences. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to shape the future of an iconic brand. Global experience is a plus, with an understanding of regional market dynamics. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Education & Experience Additional Requirements: Pay & Benefits: At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
